We always take care of any problems that may arise with your order. In cases where a customer does not want the product because it is not what was expected, change of mind, etc, returns will be assessed a return fee, this fee could be as much as 30%. (Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable). Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be packed in the original retail packaging and must be accompanied with a copy of the original sales receipt. All returns must be authorized in advance and returned prepaid to our returns department. Once an order is Confirmed by you and placed with Y2SHOPS - SEAKAP it will be shipped and cannot be canceled prior to shipment (we had to add this because our fast turnaround, processing and shipping orders). Refused canceled orders will incur a return fee up to 30 percent and shipping/handling charges will not be refunded. Be sure you want to order from Y2SHOPS - SEAKAP before you click to confirm your order, your order will be processed and shipped. Normally it only takes a few days for your order to arrive. In the case of defective items, the defective item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All defective returns must be packed in the original retail packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. All defective product returns must be authorized in advance and returned prepaid to our returns department. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will promptly ship a replacement item to you. Replacement items will be tested and/or checked prior to being shipped out. To return an item to our company, please follow these steps: - Contact us at service @ seakap .com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included with your return.
- Indicate the specific problem(s) such as defective, not wanted, not as ordered, etc.
- Let us know if you would like refund, credit, or replacement.
- Include a copy of your sales receipt, circle the item that you are returning, and write your RMA number on the sales receipt. The item(s) that is being returned must be packed in the original packaging with all contents intact.
- We recommend that you insure any returns to be certain that they successfully arrive back to us. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost in transit.
- Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. SEAKAP Enterprises, Inc. cannot issue credit without confirmation of delivery to us.
