I ordered this hat as part of a Halloween pirate costume. It came in a plastic ship bag, completely smashed flat. The hat is cheap felt and did not reform into shape when I received it. Although the picture show the sides up and arching, the actual hat doesn't do that at all. Don't buy this hat unless you want to look bad.

Felt hat, small feathers. Good for the price but not as full as pictured I thought. I have a big noggin and this fit me fine, so that wasn't a problem. This is more of a typical Halloween type costume item that you might pick up at Halloween Express or other cheapy Halloween costume place.

Hat runs very small. Once size fits most would fit most children. Had to alter hat to fit adult head.

This was a great deal and a quick shipment from the seller. Just wish the feathers were a little bigger.
