It's alright Mar 01, 2010 Hi ,
I purchased this item to strengthen my muscles. They arrived within' four days. Inserting the balls was the most difficult part, but afterwards eveything was fine. I read some of the other reviews about the size of the balls. I must admit when you first look at them you'll think "omg those are huge," but then again a woman who is sexually activity shouldn't have a problem with the SIZE of the balls. I don't have a tingly feeling when wearing them, but they do help me to work to out my muscles.

gotta squeeze Feb 04, 2010 I bought this item to help increase the strength of my PC muscles. I do kegels as much as I can - but I tend to get turned on and then back off from completing my set. After my sister had my niece she told me that she releases urine when she coughs or sneezes. Since I am trying to get pregnant I figured now was as good as ever to increase my PC strength.
I got my BenWa SmartBalls this afternoon and immediately cleaned them and decided to use them. I will admit that putting two of these balls in was a challenge. I did get them in...and definitely had to squeeze my PC muscles to keep them in. Using the restroom with them was a challenge - but I can definitely see how using these BenWa Balls will increase my pelvic muscle strength.
I do not feel any rolling from the inside of the balls while they are in me - although several women in their reviews say that they can feel the fluttering. I must not be that sensitive to that kind of thing. I did not get aroused at all while they were in - was concentrating too much on squeezing everything tight.
For $20 I think this was a good buy. I am going to use them. If need be...I can always cut the top ball off...but I think by having both in you really have to work hard at keeping them in.

Nice feel Feb 03, 2010 I like the feel of them as I walk around, kind of tingly. They stay in place and are easy to insert. They remind you to squeeze those important
sexy pelvic floor muscles!

good and not so good Oct 10, 2009 I have been needing to begin kegel exercises for quite some time now and have read great reviews about Smartballs, and was very excited to try them for myself. I am a beginner kegel exerciser and wanted something to make the exercise more interesting
One thing I like about Smartballs and two things I do not like:
To begin positively: The thing I really like is that they really DO feel great when they are inserted and sitting in there correctly. I love the little vibrating sensation.
First problem: They do not stay in that correct position for me for more than 5 seconds or so, they are too heavy for a beginner like me. If they made another lighter weight model for beginners I am sure they would stay in better for me. I wish they would slide in as easily as they slide back out. Adding lube will only make them slide back out even faster.
Second problem: The "string" feels like a rubber band. I know it's not rubber, but it has a bit of stretch like a rubber band has. Ouch.

I didn't dig it May 06, 2009 I get the feeling I'm not built in a way that fits me. Generally I found it uncomfortable.
